Terms and Conditions

Section 1 - Fees

Our general service fee is $125.00 per Virtual Hypnosis session, paid in a single payment prior to treatment.
A session may last 45 minutes to 1 hour - 30 minutes depending on the individual session plan.
Payment must be made prior to the formal hypnotic treatment commencing.
If the payment process has not been completed, unbless by prior agreement, via the website when booking the appointment, no treatment will commence until the session has been paid in full.
Payment for any additional sessions (if required) will be taken at the start of any session.
Our Free Discovery Sessions last approximately 30 minutes and allows me to gather all the necessary information to tailor your Virtual Hypnotherapy session and is also to ensure that Hypnotherapy is right for you and that we are a good fit to work together.
All clients are entitled to one (1) Free Discovery Session only, unless by prior agreement.

Section 2 - Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive promptly to obtain your full session.
If you must cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice, as late cancellation will prevent us from helping others.
You are financially responsible for 100% of the scheduled fee if you do not show up for an appointment or, a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
If you must cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible.
Revival Hypnotherapy reserves the right to reschedule an appointment, without reason, to an alternate, mutually agreed upon time and date.

Section 3 - Confidentiality:

All hypnosis sessions and client information are confidential.
All hypnotherapy sessions are digitally video recoded and documented.
We will not release any recorded information to anyone without written authorisation from you, except when required by state or federal law.
Session recordings are available to the client, by request.
Revival Hypnotherapy holds the right to offer a copy of the recording(s) in a fair and reasonable time frame.
Session recordings are destroyed (5) years after treatment is completed.
If you disclose that you have committed certain criminal offences, the therapist is obliged by law to report you to the authorities. You further understand that if the therapist deems that you may be a physical threat to myself or others that the Therapist is obliged to report this.

Section 4 - Redress:

If you should have a complaint which we have not resolved to your satisfaction, please feel free to contact the Australian Hypnotherapists Association (AHA) t 1300 55 22 54, www.ahahypnotherapy.org.au
It is your right to refuse any aspect of our services and to seek the services of another hypnotherapist at any time.

Section 5 - The Satisfaction Guarantee:

Applies to anyone who has been accepted as a client by the hypnotherapist (with a mutually agreed upon goal).
If you are unsatisfied with your progress after a couple of simple conditions have been met, the hypnotherapist will continue to treat you, at no extra cost, for as many sessions as it takes.
They will continue to treat you until you can sit in the session and say that you no longer require the hypnotherapists services to resolve the issue.
No client, booking for a standard treatment, will have to pay for more than 6 sessions to address an issue. Many will only need a couple of sessions to achieve the mutually agreed upon result.
The guarantee requires you have received and paid for at least two (2) and up to six (6) fully paid clinical sessions to help with your initial reason for contacting Revival Hypnotherapy.
You also must complete any required homework given (if applicable).
The minimum qualifying cost for a single issue is $250.
If you wish to start working on a new problem after your initial goal has been achieved, then the (6) session guarantee re-sets with the onset of work on the new area of improvement.
The six-session general guarantee does not include weight loss of over 20KG’s or long-term athletic development agreements.
The hypnotherapist holds the right to break the 'Satisfaction Guarantee' and/or decline further appointments if they believe it is in the client’s best interest, this may include but is not limited to mental or physical health concerns (including addiction) and financial concerns.
The therapist is also able to decline service at any time due to a perceived risk of personal safety to either the hypnotherapist, client or third parties.

Section 6 - Legal Age:

I undertake that I am of legal age and in consideration of my acceptance as a participant in hypnosis and hypnotherapy sessions, training, seminar or any other Revival Hypnotherapy services I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release and discharge Revival Hypnotherapy and Steven Hebble or other participants from all claims of damages, copyright, demands or actions whatsoever in any manner arising from my participation.

Section 7 - Copyright

I understand that audio, video and documented recordings are made during sessions, and that Revival Hypnotherapy, retains the copyright of these recordings.

Section 8 - Statements of Understanding & Disclaimer

Upon booking a Virtual Session you will be asked to confirm in a Revival Hypnotherapy online Form that confirms you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. By doing so, you confirm the following:

You consent to being hypnotised and receiving online Hypnotherapy.
You understand that Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychological care and you are encouraged to consult a healthcare provider if necessary.
You will participate actively in the therapy process, including listening to recordings and engaging with suggestions.
You understand that no outcome is guaranteed, but I will use my best efforts for the best outcome.
You give permission for me to make video and or audio recordings during sessions and acknowledge that I retain copyright over any recordings made.
You understand that I may discuss aspects of your case with colleagues for training purposes, while ensuring confidentiality.
You acknowledge that you may terminate your sessions at any time.
